The hotel is located just behind the Mall of the Emirates. It is equidistant from 2 metro stations making travel easy. The rooms are comfortable but very poorly layer out. The bath area is separate from the toilet area in 2 corners of the room. The shower area is very uncomfortable and so is the toilet space. Not mush to complain about because when you’re in Dubai you don’t waste time in a hotel room. Staff are friendly and helpful. We were helped a lot by Rana who took good care of us. Kennedy in the pool area was also friendly and made us more comfortable. Keep it up.

My previous stay for 16days at Novotel Suites Mall of Emirates has been wonderful! Location of hotel is great & convenient to get around. My room was well cleaned everyday. And most importantly, the staffs at both the front desk ( esp. Rana) & housekeeping (Anil, Sonu & Kuma) have been very helpful, and had made my stay at the hotel a memorable one. Will definitely come back to stay here again in the future !

The reception and all people working are amazing and helpful, from the checkin time till checkout. I think they enjoy giving high class service. One of the best . Good breakfast as well . And good net.

Seems very old property, there are many areas of improvement specifically in MEP works.

Location is good. The working personnel are polite & helpful. This property need to upgrade to the status of Novotel Brand. There are many areas of improvement specifically on MEP, service, breakfast menu, housekeeping, cleanliness etc. it appears that they are working on bare minimum manpower due to covid.

Everything is great except the terrible sofabeds in which it is impossible to sleep. Only the main bed is of good quality. So only plan to go there as two persons and not as a family. The furnitures are also old and weared and should be changed

Dilapidated rooms and facilities. Staff were slow to respond to my requests, specifically Room Service was quite poor. and unhelpful Housekeeping came to clean the room one day at 5:30pm. F&B have become sub-standard, my breakfast coffee which I used to enjoy has become undrinkable.

This property became our second home in Dubai, you will not regret staying in it. The location is amazing, near to everything you need, (Mall of the Emirates, pharmacy, small shops, etc.) The rooms are very clean and the housekeeping is ready to serve you anytime you need something from them. If you are a member of the Accor club take advantage of it as you will be having a discount on the buffet lunch and dinner, the F&B team will amaze you with their professional friendly service, the F&B manager will be always around checking after each guest. You have kids, just take them to the swimming pool, they will love it and enjoy each moment there. I highly recommend the Novotel Suites Dubai Mall of the Emirates.

One of the worst stay

Out of all the properties i have stayed in accor i would rate this has the worst. 12 Sept on sunday i order ed Grilled Norwegian Salmon in Deli restaurant the fish was not grilled properly had a bad food posioning and went to the nearby hospital for treatment. Came back and slipped in the shower cubicle becos of the smaller cubicle had four stitiches in the groin, the AHU in the bathroom was leaking becos of which AC was not switched on. Wehn i complained about this the GM says sorry and your stay for the last day will be waived and lunch will be given to you free. Stayed in the property from Sept11-17 i would not recommend anybody this property. Very arrogant and the check in person Ms.IREKLIN is an arrogant female who thinks she is the boss of the hotel.

Please allow me to highlight that all the food products we use at our hotel are approved by Food control Department of Dubai Municipality. We are proud to say that we are A Gold GRADE hotel in terms of maintaining food quality, cleanliness & hygiene. I learnt that our F&B Manager, Mr. Neeraj met you with regards to your food complaint and extended a recovery which we were under the impression you were satisfied with. I also learnt that our Front Office Manager, Mr. Rohit met you and you have addressed the other concerns namely about the service being little slow like the delivery of tissues. Please be rest assured that this has been addressed with our team already. As Rohit informed you, all our rooms have the same cubical layout. As it comes to the AHU, please be advised that the AC controller is in the room & can be adjusted to one’s ease. I would also take this opportunity to clarify that unfortunately we did not met during your stay, but I would definitely look forward to meet you & welcome you back with us for your future booking. Lastly I would like to apologies on behalf of Irekin. I have personally addressed this with her & I assure you that we will further be strengthening & re-practicing our soft skills & customer relationship training modules.
